As all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aykankose2010@hotmail.com  with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already started and changes may not be possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

• Wrong size selection

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
